Answer: It is 100% free to play, along with free future updates. But the game does come with donation rewards that you could use in game.

Answer: Part two BETA will start late 2015, and the game will be completed by the end of 2016.

Answer: PC and Browser. PC version is our main priority, and best optimized to play. Browser version is currently being tested to work in Windows, MAC flawlessly. For Android tablet and phones, we have support for them as well, however the game is very hardware demanding! It can crash if your device cannot handle the heavy load the game puts on your device! As for IOS devices, previous testing has proven IOS to be buggy. So your best bet to play MLP RPG P2 is on PC or MAC, maybe android devices if you have a capable hardware on it.

Answer: Since we are non-profit, ALL OF THE DONATIONS will be used on the game project itself. 50% of total donation will be going into advertisements and let's players on YouTube/Twitch, costs that keeps our player base up. 20% will be used as prize money for artists and voice actress to replace existing game assets. 30% will be used to maintain our game servers. However, under the circumstance where total donation runs below 150 dollars/month, 100% of the donations will be going under server maintenance cost.

Answer: You are noticed! 50% of the game’s total donation goes to you guys! Please email me on [email protected] and tell me about your reach, subscribers, and average view on your videos. You will be given a special code that your subscribers can use for in game reward! Depends on your contribution on bringing new players into the game, you will get a cut based on the formula: (Total donation per month – Advertisement cost) / 0.50 / (total players who used YOUR special code / total players who used the special code system). Example the game total received 1000 dollars this month, and advertisement cost was 0. 500 dollars will be going into YouTubers, Streamers, News agencies. If there were 100 players who used your special code out of 200 players who used the system. You will get a 250 dollars cut.

Answer: P1 failed due to the fact that players who finished the game and donated, was one out of one thousand. The moment that free articles are done advertising the game, the player base was destroyed. There weren’t enough donations to cover the bare cost of the web server. Voice actresses were unpaid. The game project simply lacked the resource it needs to take off.
P2 will require a player to spend few weeks to grind or donate on average: 20 dollars to reach the end game. The game’s mechanics is carefully crafted to reach that very goal. And all of the donation costs will be used to MAKE SURE the same mistake is not repeated. It is a desperate step, because we did rather make the game donation-free. However, server cost for P2 is VERY expensive. And we need artists for SURE to replace existing game assets (that we currently couldn’t replace without donations).
I mean, if you are rich, and is capable of making one donation that keeps the game alive without player-donations. Please contact me personally. I don’t mind adding a dedicated city in the game for your kindness, where every player would show their respect xD

Answer: Easy! If browser version of the game is being bugged, simply do a clear browsing data on your BROWSER! For chrome clear cached images and files, and cookies and other sites, and plugin data! DO NOT clear hosted app data unless you want to lose your current save! Use incognito mode on Chrome if bug persists. For Firefox, clear cache. Use private window to play the game if bug persists. Do not clear offline website data unless you want to lose your current save! WARNING: Look at next FAQ to learn how to secure save file!

Answer: MLP RPG’s Cross Platform Cloud Based Save System (CPCBSS) is actually safer than the traditional save system. Because you get online based saves that is secured on our server, and also you still get a copy of the original save file just in case if cloud save failed! And CPCBSS is the safest method to store save file for browser version of the game, with nearly 0% of losing your save file as long as you can follow instructions.
If you happens to reset cache on your browser, you can use Cloud-Connect Mode at the start of a new game! Enter your username and password to get your cloud save recovered!
Lastly, during BETA test of the game, do not expect save file to cross from update to update! However, if you are really rich and loved your BETA progress, with 200 million BP our development team will dissect your save manually, updating it to work in the latest game update. xD
